Privacy

Last updated August 28, 2026

Mosey is designed to let you start playing immediately. You can play locally without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, this page explains the information used to provide cloud saves and the rest of the service.

Information we use

How we use information

We use this information only to operate, secure, support, and improve Mosey. We do not sell personal information, run targeted advertising, or use game data to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

Mosey uses trusted providers to deliver the service: Supabase for accounts and cloud game data, Firebase and Google Cloud for web hosting, Postmark for account email, Sentry for error monitoring, and Cloudflare for domain and network services. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Sentry processes Mosey’s sanitized error-monitoring data in its United States region and currently retains error events for up to 90 days. Mosey does not send Sentry your account identity or email address, world or save content, feedback or screenshots, session replays, product analytics, or location. Error URLs have query strings and fragments removed, and email addresses and authentication tokens are redacted before an event is sent.

Retention and deletion

Account and cloud game data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and cloud worlds from Mosey’s account settings. Some information may remain briefly in secured backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can play without an account, choose whether to submit feedback, export your cloud data, sign out, or delete your account. To ask a privacy question or request help with your information, email support@mosey.online.
