These terms govern your use of Mosey. By playing or creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Playing Mosey

Mosey is a free browser game. You may play locally without an account. An account lets you save worlds online and continue on another device. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity associated with your Mosey account.

Fair use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another player’s data, automate abusive traffic, evade reasonable limits, upload harmful material, or use Mosey in a way that violates applicable law. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players or the service.

Your worlds and feedback

You keep your rights in material you choose to submit. You give Mosey permission to store and process your worlds and feedback only as needed to provide, support, and improve the game. Please do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

The game and service

Mosey and its original art, audio, software, and game design are protected by intellectual property laws. The service may change as the game grows, and features may be added, changed, or removed. We aim to keep Mosey dependable, but availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

Accounts and deletion

You may stop using Mosey at any time. Account settings let you permanently delete your account and cloud worlds. We may close accounts used for abuse, security attacks, or serious violations of these terms.

Responsibility

Mosey is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mosey is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
